To avoid embarrassment, please note that services such as private medical examinations, insurance claim forms, BUPA/PPP claim form verification, some vaccinations, vaccination certificates etc. are out with our NHS contract and a fee is therefore payable. Details are at the reception desk.

Full payment is required before forms and certificates will be returned.
